I commenced the Caring for Children Level 2 Course as a total novice to on line courses. Initially, I felt apprehensive as to how I could manage with remote learning without any face to face support from a tutor. Well Sophie has been amazing! she never fails to respond to messages and if she is engaged she will drop you a message to say when she will be in contact with you.
This support has been invaluable. I have had on going assistance with each assignment and with that support the course has been a breeze. The support booklets provided are clear and offer excellent guidance to submissions. Each assessment is marked quickly and you are provided with pointers to improve or positive feedback to solidify your learning. The work does require time and commitment but that’s life, you only get out what you put in!
Thank you to Danielle too, she took the time to help with registration and got me started with a clear outline of how my course would be managed making that initial call pain free . My only problem now is to decide what course to do next? I can highly recommend Eagles Consultancy thank you !
