Accessing support services for individuals and others, supporting loss and grief as well as the importance of communication when managing end of life care.
This qualification is suited for those who work in the health and social care sector and wish to develop sector specific knowledge. It can also support progression into higher level learning in the health and social care industry.
This course can be delivered using a blended learning approach. This will give you flexibility to direct your own online learning. You will be assigned a tutor to provide support and guidance including face to face if desired. As well as having access to resources and collaboration tools to assist your learning.
