Our parents shared a desire to educate themselves but were reluctant to attend colleges and other faculties. They wanted to study in a comfortable familiar environment, where they feel at ease and not judged. As parent link worker I contacted ‘Eagles Consultancy’ who were extremely helpful. They came into a school and introduced the courses on offer. They were friendly, straight forward and very approachable. Our parents were given all the information they required about the courses on offer. Everything was explained clearly, and all questions were answered. Our parents enrolled on the courses without hesitation.
Our tutors Jessica and Charlotte have successfully delivered ‘caring for children course’. The way the tutors delivered the course encouraged our parents to continue learning and have now enrolled on Level 1 Diploma on caring for children. They are both extremely well organised and have great subject knowledge. They teach in a fun manner, keeping all the students engaged at all times. Jessica and Charlotte have taught our stay at home mums that picking up new skills and knowledge can be incredibly rewarding, and fun too! The parents have grown in confidence and thoroughly enjoy the classes.
