It aims to support learners in developing an understanding of working in end of life care and care planning along with how to support pain and discomfort, the loss and grief process, as well as end of life care and dementia.
This qualification is suited for learners who would like to pursue a career in health and social care, it can lead to further learning, assist in employment and develop industry knowledge and skills when supporting end of life care.
Evidence produced for the qualification will be internally assessed by your assigned course tutor.
This course can be delivered using a blended learning approach. This will give you flexibility to direct your own online learning. You will be assigned a tutor to provide support and guidance including face to face if desired. As well as having access to resources and collaboration tools to assist your learning.
